If I patch the machines up-to-date Avaya Communicator (v2.1.3.0) is unable to connect to the Presence Server ( using an IP for Presence server, not FQDN.) and I receive the error "Presence is not available. I've tested this on Server 2012, Windows 7 & Windows 8.1. Other functions in the software work fine. I have a client who is using Avaya Communicator for Windows (+30 desktops/laptops) and since the July MS Update Roll-up (KB3172614 for Win 8/Server2012 & KB3172605 for Win7/Server2008) the presence information has not been working.
